Booking Terms and Conditions Alma Hotel Oberstdorf

Mit der Buchungsbestätigung räumt dir das Alma Hotel die Gebrauchsmöglichkeit für das gebuchte Zimmer ein. Es liegt in der Risikosphäre des Gastes (f,m,d), die Voraussetzungen für die Nutzung zu erfüllen.

Important note regarding No. 5: Please note Alma’s check-in time: from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

1. The accommodation contract is considered concluded as soon as the room has been reserved (booking) and confirmed (confirmation). Both the reservation and the confirmation must be made in text form by email and are legally binding.

2. Bookings made on behalf of a third party are only possible when including the guest’s full name and address. The person making the booking is liable for all obligations arising from the accommodation agreement.

3. Rebookings are not possible under the standard room rate.

4. We reserve the right to request a deposit for the booked services.

5. The booking will expire with charges on the day of arrival if the guest has not checked in by 8:00 p.m. In case of no-show, 100% of the agreed room rate for the entire booking period will be charged.

6. Cancellations made up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge. For cancellations within 60 days prior to arrival, 100% of the agreed room rate will be charged, unless the room can be rebooked.

7. The conclusion of the accommodation contract obliges both parties to fulfill the contract, regardless of the duration of the stay.

8. The host is obligated to compensate the guest if the reserved room cannot be provided.

9. If the guest does not make use of the reserved services, they are obliged to pay the agreed or customary price, minus any expenses saved by the hotel. Based on experience, savings for bed and breakfast arrangements amount to approximately 20% of the accommodation price.

10. The host will make every reasonable effort to rebook rooms that are not used in order to avoid losses.

11. Until the room is successfully rebooked, the guest remains liable to pay the amount calculated according to item 10 for the duration of the contract. The guest is free to provide proof that the hotel’s saved expenses were higher.

12. Upon confirmation of your booking, Alma Hotel grants you the right to use the booked room. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that the conditions for use are met.

13. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the location of the hotel’s business operations.

We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself in case of unforeseen events.
